Subaru outback driver window reset.

Hello. Our 2011 Outback Premium 2.5i driver side front window isn’t going down. My wife did get something caught in it, but it worked after that. The other 3 front door driver’s window switches work. I checked the #3 fuse and it appears to be ok. There was no fuse in the 27 spot. I’m not sure if there was supposed to be.
