After 2 years of slowly getting cg kc, I pulled bowfa and have really enjoyed grinding out 1k reclined zulrah kills in the last month or so. I play 99% of the time on a laptop with trackpad on the couch so it’s been the perfect activity that I can do well without a mouse or even needing to use my f keys for swapping interfaces.

Given your info, shadow + bowfa - not even a close choice. It is an astronomical win at TOA. For chambers it will only be noticeably worse on head phase (and big mut). Where shadow actually wins on regular mystics (and don't need a salve!) and vespula. The mage hand dps increase will compensate for the worse head phase.
