After investigating the issue, I looked underneath the seat at the fan and tried to clean it. Regardless if it is set on dual or individual the drivers side blows cold air while the passenger side blows hot.The touch screen in my wife's 2013 Edge limited stopped working. Depressing climate control and defrost buttons at same time, then depressing climate control but again worked in 2013 Edge. Tried it several times before without hitting the climate control alone the second time but it didn't work. So that is a key. Also, I did it with the air conditioner off this time.
